ABOUT

826NYC provided the wonderful opportunity to design their publications on three occasions. The non-profit’s mission is to encourage the exploration of endless possibility through the power of writing and empower students with the skills to write their own paths forward, undefined by circumstance. 826 nationwide aims to foster generations of creative writers and thinkers, who together will define a better future.

Review No.7

For this publication, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Doug Salati, an illustrator living and working in Brooklyn, NY. Doug selected a handful of short-stories and created whimsical drawings to headline each, which would also show up on the cover. Doug is the illustrator behind Laurence in the Fall and In a Small Kingdom.
